Our applications use certain sensor data from the device running the application as well as from equipment (machines) connected to the device. What this data consists of and how it is used is described below.
Sensor data is always logged locally on the device’s memory in the form of log files as soon as the application is running, for the purpose of allowing the user to track their own activities. This data is stored solely for the user’s own use and can easily be deleted by removing the log file.
The microphone is only used when the user records notes or controls the application with voice commands.
The camera is only used when the user adds documentation within the activity.
GPS data (exact location, speed, direction) and data from motion sensors (accelerometer/gyro) from the device or connected equipment (machine) are used for equipment (machine) control and for logging in the log file.
Technical data (e.g. model, manufacturer, machine ID, version, IP number, operational information, error codes, etc.) from the device or connected equipment (machine) are used for logging in the log file, troubleshooting, and application functionality.
The data described above may also be sent to us for the purpose of maintaining our services, facilitating troubleshooting, and improving/developing our products and services. However, none of the data we collect will be sent or sold to third parties.
GIS Interface
The user has the option to transfer data to third parties via a GIS interface. Data transferred through the GIS interface complies with the CEN-15430 standard, which specifies, among other things, GPS information, machine data, and activity information. The user decides whether this interface is activated and to which unit the data will be sent. We are not responsible for how third parties handle the transferred information.
