The machine's nine material outlets are designed to fit the commonly used flood protection bags on the market. The bags are easily threaded onto each outlet and held in place by lowering the bracket. The mechanism then holds the entire weight of the bag during filling, contributing to good ergonomics.
Only one person is required to operate the machine, but several people can work in parallel to increase capacity.

ForshagaSpridaren is a Swedish quality product that has been on the market for over 75 years and developed into an optimal contractor machine with many application areas. With the FSF25 accessory, ForshagaSpridaren is used for efficient mobile bag filling.

MOBILE UNIT
A major advantage of the FSF25 is that bag filling can now take place very quickly and directly where the need is. For example, a truck with 15 tons of material can go to the desired location and fill 1000 bags in less than an hour.

HIGH CAPACITY
The machine's discharge capacity depends on the type of material used and is normally between 400 – 1200 kg per minute. For 15 kg bags, this corresponds to approximately 1200 – 2500 bags per hour.
The machine is normally used with the bed in a lowered position and is easily filled by tipping the bed. Depending on the material type used, about 1500 kg of material can be filled in bags before new tipping is required.
HIGH PAYLOAD
ForshagaSpridaren equipped with FSF25 weighs only about 370 kg. This means that the entire system takes up a very small part of the carrier's load capacity.
If material and a loading machine are nearby, the bed can also be filled while the bags are being filled. This increases capacity and reduces the number of interruptions.

Often the weather conditions during emergencies are difficult, and the material to be filled is not always in the best condition. ForshagaSpridaren's unique discharge mechanism with a special stirring shaft has been developed over many years to efficiently break down and discharge a wide range of fractions between 0 and 50 mm.
In addition to the stirring shaft, the machine has a discharge shaft with claws made of Hardox steel for extra long durability. The discharge shaft distributes and feeds the set amount of material to the bags.

DOCUMENTATION
All machine activities are continuously logged in the system with GPS position and time, providing the ability for follow-up and quality assurance. Log files are easily opened in TimeReport, which is available for download on our customer pages. Read more about this system here.
Our machines comply with the EU standard for the transmission of operating data (CEN-15430) to, for example, the Swedish Transport Administration. Several suppliers such as Mowic and Zeekit can automatically receive this data in their systems for further processing.

ELECTRIC DRIVE
The machine is fully electric and connects to the carrier's regular electrical system. No external power supply is required. The vehicle's regular engine does not need to be running during filling, which provides a good working environment.

The machine is controlled wirelessly from a smartphone or tablet with an app available for free download on Google Play. All electronics are fully integrated into the machine, and only positive and negative connections need to be made. This contributes to high operational reliability and simplified use.
The app has a well-thought-out menu system where the material amount per bag is easily set directly on the screen. The app clearly shows how many bags have been filled, elapsed time, and the number of kilos of material that have been filled.
The wireless control makes the spreader easy to use with several different vehicles as no cabling is needed to connect the spreader to the control unit. The spreader is therefore very suitable for hooklift systems.

QUICK RESPONSE TIME
Accessory FSF25 is quickly mounted on ForshagaSpridaren with four screws and a connector that connects to the spreader's control unit. The system can therefore be ready for action in a very short time.
The spreader is also suitable to be pre-mounted on a hook lift bed for quick deployment.
